1. Change of Signatories & Authorised Users

If you'd like to change the signatories or authorised users on your account, you will need to complete the following form:

If you'd like to apply for a debit card for yourself or one of your staff you will need to complete the following form:



4. Business Online Banking application

You can register for Business Online Banking by calling business account support on

+44(0)3457 213 213 Call charges. You can also call us to add new users to your online banking, allow international payments and add approvals.

Alternatively you can complete one of the following forms and scan and email back to bascomms@co‑operativebank.co.uk or return to the address provided on the form.
