How do I make payments by post?

Never send cash through the post to pay into your account.

To send cheques through the post, you will need:

  • Envelope
  • Paying in book.

To send the cheques to us:

  1. Write your account details on the back of each cheque
  2. Complete a paying in slip
  3. Put the paying in slip and the cheques in an envelope
  4. Send in the post to Freepost CO- OPERATIVE BANK CHEQUES.

To order a paying in book:

  1. Log in to Business Online Banking
  2. Select 'Manage service requests'
  3. Select 'Make a service request'
  4. Select 'Order cheque books or stationery for branch or post office'
  5. Complete all the required fields
  6. Click 'Continue' and 'Submit'.

Allow 10 working days for delivery of your paying in book.
