I have difficulty using the token, is there a more accessible way of logging in?

If you’re using a physical security token, you can order a larger token with audio capability by calling our Business Online Banking team.You'll be taken through our standard security process, and a customer advocate will request the token for you.

Alternatively instead of having a physical security token to generate codes for Business Online Banking, you can have a handy app on your phone that does this. This is as an alternative to using your token for accessing your account online and making payments. To set up mobile authentication, log in to Business Online Banking, choose 'Set up mobile authentication' from the dashboard and follow the steps in the registration process.
