Can I have more than one security token?

We do allow customers to have one physical plastic security token and one HID Approve registered account at the same time.

However, if you have more than one account and you use a physical plastic security token to log into each one, you can combine these into one HID Approve account.

If you have more than one account and you access them using one User ID, you only need one physical plastic token and one HID Approve account to access them.

You can only have the HID Approve mobile security app active on one device at a time.

Please note: neither the Bank nor any genuine person or company will ask you to disclose the security code from your security token.
