How do I cancel/amend an online payment?
To cancel a recurring or scheduled payment you will need to first identify the payment type - Internal Transfers, UK payments or Foreign payments. You will then need to navigate to the scheduled or recurring payments section. From there, select the payment and click delete to cancel the payment. You will be prompted to use your token for validation.
Please note: if your account requires approvals, this deletion will need to be approved by another user.
