What is the multiple businesses feature and how do I use it?

You can now add multiple businesses to your mobile banking account so you can access them all on one device.

Adding a new business

Step 1

If the banner is no longer displaying, you can add another business from the profile screen.

Step 2

Once you select ‘Add a business’, you’ll need to enter your Customer and User ID for the additional business you wish to link.

Step 3

Enter your 4-digit pin created with your mobile security token or your physical plastic security token for your new business.

Step 4

Create a passcode to use when accessing this business account and then press ‘Confirm’

You can also opt in to facial recognition or fingerprint ID depending on your device

Step 1

In the profile tab under the ‘Linked businesses’ screen, you’ll see the list of all your linked businesses, select ‘Add/View all businesses’
