If you believe someone has tried to scam you, please call us on 159 from a different device to the one they have contacted you on, to make sure they are not able to divert your call.
This service will ask you to nominate your bank before sending you directly through to The Co-operative Bank fraud team.
This line is not for general banking enquires, it is only for getting support with a suspected scam.
