How do I make a complaint?
The first step is for us to understand your complaint. How you can contact us;
By telephone – You can raise a complaint to a member of our Business Customer Services team by calling 03457 213 213 (call charges). Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturdays 9am to 12pm.
In person - Visit your local branch to speak to a member of the team - find a branch.
By Post - You can send your complaint to us by post. Please ensure you provide name, address, a daytime contact number and your account details.

By email - Alternatively, you can contact us via email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and a daytime contact number where we can contact you between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, or 9am-1pm on Saturday. For security reasons, please do not include any account details in your email.
