Please note that this is for illustrative purposes only and does not include all of the information you need to choose a mortgage.

The monthly payment shown assumes that the interest rate will remain constant throughout the term of the mortgage and does not take into account any mortgage related fees/charges that may be applicable.

This calculator assumes that the mortgage will be taken on a capital and interest repayment basis. This is a mortgage where you make monthly repayments over an agreed number of years to cover both the capital you have borrowed and the interest charged. Please note that all new borrowing must be taken on a capital and interest repayment basis.

Representative example:

A mortgage of £123,428 payable over 21 years & 1 month initially on a fixed rate for 3 years at 1.99% and then on our current variable rate of 4.49% variable for the remaining 18 years & 1 month would require 36 monthly payments of £601.84 and 217 monthly payments of £738.51.

The total amount payable would be £182,427 made up of the loan amount plus interest £58,999, a product fee of £999, and a valuation fee £319.
