Changing your details

If you are a personal banking customer you can change your address in Online Banking, simply go to Your address and telephone numbers from the Customer services page. You’ll need your card reader and valid debit card.

Updating your details by post

To update your personal details for your bank accounts or insurance policy, simply complete the forms below, print them off and send them back to us using the address provided on the form. Once we receive your change of details form, we will update your details and send confirmation back to you along with any supporting evidence you provided, typically within 7-10 working days.
