Coronavirus support for existing Co-operative Bank loan customers including personal and professional career development loans
There is support available for customers with existing Co-operative Bank loans who may be struggling with their loan repayments.
If your finances have been impacted, as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19), we may be able to offer you a payment holiday for 3 months to support you during this challenging time. You can find important information about these options on our dedicated support page.
If you have taken a loan through our partnership with Freedom Finance then reach out to your loan provider for information on the availability of a payment holiday.
If you're late making a monthly payment, or can only pay part of it, interest will be charged on the amount unpaid from when it's due.
If you're struggling to pay your monthly repayments, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
Payment holidays aren't available on our loans.

What happens if you're late making a loan payment
Circumstances change and it can sometimes be difficult to make a loan repayment.
If you’re worried about missing your next loan repayment please contact us immediately.
A repayment holiday is when you skip one or more regular repayments. This lengthens the duration of your loan and increases the amount of interest you pay back on your outstanding loan balance.
