We’re delighted to have been voted the ‘Most Trusted Mainstream Bank’ at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2019

Now in its eleventh year, the Moneywise Customer Service Awards are voted for by the public. Consumers across the UK are asked for their views on which financial services companies they trust most, and which offer the highest level of customer service.

We were overjoyed to find out we were voted ‘Most Trusted Mainstream Bank’. What’s more, we also scooped up three highly commended awards for:

  • Best Current Account Provider for Branch Service
  • Best Current Account Provider for Call Centre Service
  • Most Trusted Current Account Provider

32,000 people completed the online questionnaire, making it the one of the largest surveys of financial consumers in the UK.

“Great customer service and trust remains as important now as ever. You can have the whizziest apps, websites and products in the world, but if a customer can’t easily get a complaint resolved, or speak to a human if they need to, that’s what will stick in minds. Whilst technology continues to transform the way financial products are delivered, companies must not lose sight of this.”
