Mobile banking Take control of your finances on the go

Features of our mobile banking app

Once you’ve registered for telephone banking, our mobile app lets you take advantage of all these features:

  • Monitor your money

    Check your balance and recent transactions, quickly and conveniently.

  • Make payments and transfers.

    You can move money between your Co-op Bank accounts, pay people you've paid before and make a one-off payment up to £250 to someone new.

  • Set up and manage text alerts.

    Keep updated about the balance of your accounts by setting up weekly balance alerts, or set up limit alerts to let you know if your balance gets too low or when you've been paid. Learn more about setting up text alerts and managing text alerts.

    • If for any reason you would like to cancel your text alerts, text STOP to 87212.

  • Always have our details.

    Find key telephone numbers here, alongside your nearest branch or ATM.

  • A personal experience.

    We only show content relevant to you, based on the data you’ve shared with us. You can turn this feature on or off whenever you like. To do so, go to More > Settings > Personalised content.

    If you don't turn it off, we take it you are happy with this feature.

Then you can download our app via the Apple app store, Google Play, or you can text APP to 82667 and we'll send you a link so you can download the app straight to your phone.

  • We will not charge you for sending a message to us, however this text message will be charged at the standard rate for your network. If you're unsure if this will be taken from your text allowance, please check with your network provider.
