I don't recognise a recipient on a direct debit.

The recipient on your direct debit is the name given to us by the company claiming the direct debit. In most cases, it will match the name of the company on your agreement.

It is possible for the name quoted on a direct debit claim to differ from the company name and in some cases a direct debit scheme may be operated by a different company on behalf of the company you're paying.

If you're unsure about any company claiming direct debits from you, you should contact us.
