My international payment hasn't been made - what should I do?
There are a few reasons why your international payment may not be successful:
- You have entered an invalid IBAN for your recipient
- You have entered an invalid BIC code for your recipient
- You do not have the necessary funds to make the payment
- You have exceeded the maximum payment amount for international payments.
