My international payment hasn't been made - what should I do?

There are a few reasons why your international payment may not be successful:

  • You have entered an invalid IBAN for your recipient
  • You have entered an invalid BIC code for your recipient
  • You do not have the necessary funds to make the payment
  • You have exceeded the maximum payment amount for international payments.
