How are your transfer rates of exchange applied?

Our rates of exchange are set around 8.30am each day and apply to all transfers and drafts that are less or equivalent to £20,000 and which are keyed before their respective cut-off times. We update our rates of exchange at 11am and 2pm each day and we may also adjust our rates if there are significant movements in the market between these times.

Our rates of exchange are based on current market rates and are comparable with those used by other banks and building societies within the UK.

We don't display our transfer rates on the website, but you can call us at any time on +44(0)3457 212 212 (Call Charges) for the most current rate for an indication.
