How are your transfer rates of exchange applied?

If you ask us to make a foreign transfer from your account, we'll convert it from sterling using our standard exchange rate which changes to reflect currency market movements and includes a margin of 4%. You can find out our current exchange rate by calling us. Depending on the type of foreign transfer you have requested, transaction fees may also apply. You can find this information on your tariff or account charges leaflet.

We don't display exchange rates on our website, but you can call us between the hours of 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week on +44(0)3457 212 212 (call charges apply) for the most current rate for an indication.
