What happens if I’ve lost the card/device that Google Pay™ has registered?

If your card is lost or stolen call us immediately on +44(0)345 600 6000 (Call charges) and we will cancel the card, order you a replacement card and automatically update your card in the Wallet the next working day. Lines are available 24/7. You should report lost devices to Android, and if possible, suspend your device using Android Device Manager. This prevents any use of the card from the device.
