How do I add a card to Google Pay™?

You can add a card to Google Pay in 7 simple steps, just follow these instructions:

  1. Download and open the Google Pay app  
  2. Select ‘Add Card’
  3. Then, select a credit or debit card
  4. Use the camera to read your card information, or enter it manually
  5. Read and accept the Terms of Use
  6. You will be asked to verify your payment method. Choose a verification method from the list provided
  7. Find and enter the verification code and you will be ready to pay with Google Pay
