How do I change my login details for online banking?
You are unable to change your username. If you've forgotten your username, go to the forgotten username page. You will be asked to enter and confirm your email address. We'll send a username reminder to your specified email address within a couple of hours.
To change your password and security code:
- Log in to online banking
- Select 'Profile'
- Select 'Change your password' or 'Change your security code'
- Follow the instructions
You’ll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
