How do I change my contact and login details?

To review and manage your contact information and login details log into your online banking and go to your Profile Page. Details you can change include:

  • Address    
  • Email address    
  • Contact number (s)    
  • Password    
  • Security code. 

You will need a card reader to make these changes online. If you do not have a card reader call us on +44(0)3457 212 212 (Call Charges) to make these changes. Lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Call us from the UK and abroad.
