How do I change my contact and login details?
To review and manage your contact information and login details log into your online banking and go to your Profile Page. Details you can change include:
- Email address
- Contact number (s)
- Security code.
You will need a card reader to make these changes online.
Don't have a card reader? You can update your email address and phone number in our mobile app without one. Simply log in, and from the "My settings and details" page, choose "update number or email" from the bottom of the page.
To change your other details, call us on +44(0)3457 212 212 (Call Charges) to make these changes. Lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Call us from the UK and abroad.
