How do I change my address?
To change your address, log in to online banking, go to your Profile and select ‘Change address’. Enter your current postcode and you’ll be directed to a screen where you can enter a new address. We aim to update our records by the end of the next working day.
You’ll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code. Please allow 1 Business Day for your address to be updated.
Alternatively you can change your address by calling us on +44 (0)3457 212 212. Lines are open between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week and call charges will apply. You can also complete a form online, print it off and send it back to us using the address provided on the form.
Please note at present, only customers with a UK residential address are able to change their address through their online banking profile. If you reside outside the UK you can request a change of address by calling us on +44 (0)3457 212 212.
