What does choosing paperless statements mean?

Choosing paperless statements is the decision to receive your bank statements online, rather than by post.

Each time a statement is available for you to use, we'll inform you via your registered email address that you have a new statement available to view and download.

When viewing statements online, you may need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
