How do I make a payment in online banking?

You can make a payment in 'Move Money' when logging into online banking.

1. Log in to online banking
2. Go to your Accounts homepage
 3. Click Move Money
 4. Follow the instructions on screen. Once you've filled in all relevant details, click Next.

If you’re paying someone new, you’ll need a card reader. If you don't have one, you can make payments using the mobile banking app, without the need of a card reader.

If you need to make a payment over £19,999, please call us on +44(0)3457 212 212. Lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. (Call Charges).
