I've lost my Card Reader or my Card Reader is not working anymore, can I have another one?
Yes, to get a new card reader you just need to login to online banking and either start a chat using our Live Chat service, send a secure message or call us on +44(0)3457 212 212 (Call Charges) and we'll be happy to order you a replacement.
In the meantime, if you need to pay someone new, you can use our mobile banking app without needing a card reader. If you need to make any other changes where you need to use the card reader, call us on +44(0)3457 212 212*. We're open from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
