As an EU resident residing outside the UK can I use the Mobile Banking Application?

At present, only customers with a UK mobile telephone number are able to register for our Mobile Banking Application. However, you can still access online banking from your mobile device. To register for Online Banking, simply call +44(0)3457 212 212 (Call Charges).
