I've blocked my card, what do I do?

If you block your card, you won’t be able to use it anywhere.

Forgotten your PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, contact us on +44(0)3457 212 212 (call charges may apply) and we can post a PIN reminder to you. You can also contact us via secure message or Live Chat after you login to online banking.

If you blocked your card at a shop or a card reader by entering your PIN incorrectly three times 

If you know your pin, you can unblock your card at an ATM.

Follow these instructions on the ATM:

  1. Go to 'PIN services'
  2. Select 'PIN management'
  3. Select 'Unblock PIN'

Most UK cash machines offer this service.
