Can I change my PIN?

You can change your credit/debit card PIN at any Co-operative Bank and most UK cash machines. However, for savings account cards you'll need to use a Co-operative Bank cash machine. You will need to know your PIN to change it, please see here if you have forgotten your PIN.

If you change it to a more memorable number, avoid numbers that others could easily guess. After entering your card and PIN into the ATM, go to the 'PIN services' option, then 'PIN management' and select 'Change PIN'. You'll then be prompted to enter your new 4 digit PIN.

It is important that your PIN remains secure. You should be the only person who knows the PIN for your card.
