What should I do if I see a card payment that I don’t recognise on my account?
If you see a card payment on your account that you don’t recognise:
- Have you searched online for the company name?
- Have you purchased goods for a similar amount that may show as a different company name?
- Have you used another company to make the purchase i.e. PayPal?
- Have you checked with all account holders?
