I suspect a fraudulent transaction, what should I do?

If you have any form of payment on your account which you do not recognise, such as a card payment or a funds transfer, call us immediately on our 24-hour helpline numbers:

03457 212 212 (Call Charges) – for current account customers
0345 600 6000 (Call Charges) – for credit card customers

We will check the payment details with you and provide you with as much information as possible to understand more information about the transaction. If you still do not recognise the payment, it may be necessary to block account stationery (such as chequebooks or debit/credit cards) or temporarily limit your access to your account in certain banking channels and we will investigate further.
