How do I report a scam?

If you've received a scam email claiming to be from us firstly:

  • Do not access the link or attachment within the text or email. It may contain malicious software which harms your computer, or leaves it open to security vulnerabilities.
  • Do not give out your account, security or personal details

To report the email:

If you think that you may have revealed your security details, fallen victim to fraud, or notice any unusual activity on your account, please contact us immediately
