I have not been prompted to register a Verified by Visa (VbV) passcode, why could this be?

Most of our customers should now be registered for the Verified by Visa (VbV) service, however If you are a credit card customer with additional cardholders, you won't be asked to register for a VbV passcode until your existing card has expired, or been reported lost. If you would like to be registered sooner, or if you think you should have been prompted already, please call us on 03457 212 212.
