I have forgotten/locked my Verified by Visa passcode, what should I do?

If you are registered for the Verifed by Visa (VbV) service with a passcode, you may be able to reset your passcode by selecting the ‘forgot your passcode’ option within the online VbV display window.

If you have locked your VbV passcode or memorable name, or it has not been possible to reset a forgotten passcode online, don’t worry, we can reset this for you.

Please note if you are a credit card holder, only the primary credit cardholder should call us.
