How do I change my name on my account?
To change the name on your account you'll need to send in an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate, decree absolute or deed poll document plus examples of your old and new signatures.

Once we receive your change of details, we will update your information and send confirmation back to you along with any supporting evidence you have provided, typically within 7 - 10 working days.
