EU Referendum - What does the result mean for customers?

As a UK-based bank with all our operations in the UK, the referendum result will not impact directly on the way we operate or on the service we offer our customers.

Should there be any future changes in bank lending rates across the banking sector, we will update customers directly as part of our usual customer communications.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme

For further information about the compensation provided by the FSCS (including amounts covered and eligibility to claim) please refer to the Information Sheet and Exclusions List.

Alternatively, please refer to the FSCS website at www.fscs.org.uk

Please note, only compensation related queries should be directed to the FSCS.
