Can I apply for additional borrowing on my mortgage?

Additional borrowing is often known as a 'Further Advance' or a 'Home Owner Loan', and you may apply for it at any time. However, you must satisfy our lending criteria at the time of application. A revaluation of the property at your expense may also be required.

Please remember that additional borrowing will increase the amount secured on your home. Please our Additional Borrowing guide for further information.
