You recognise my home insurance customer reference number on My Account, but I’m unable to complete my registration?

When registering for My Account, you must be the main policyholder.

Please also make sure that you're entering valid information.

If you bought, renewed or amended from 1st March 2021 onwards you will use My Insurance and our accountless login option.

If you bought or renewed your policy prior to 1st March 2021 you will use My Account.
