How do I pay my Co-operative Bank credit card?

There are a number of ways you can pay your credit card bill.

Please allow enough time for your payment to reach your credit card account, as late charges may apply. If you are paying your credit card from a Co-operative Bank account, please allow two Business Days for your payment to be processed

Online

  • Log in to online banking.
  • Select the account you want to pay your bill from.
  • Select 'Move Money'.
  • Enter the payment details by following the on screen instructions.

Mobile app

  • Log in to your mobile app.
  • Select 'View account' from the account you want to make the payment from
  • Select 'Make a payment or transfer'
  • Select 'Make a payment to my credit card'
  • Enter the payment details by following the on screen instructions.

You’ll need your:

  • Sort code.
  • Account number.
  • 16 digit Card number.

Branch

  • Visit your local branch at least two Business Days before the payment is due.

Direct Debit

Ways to set up a direct debit:

Post

  • Make sure you post your cheque at least seven Business Days before your payment is due.
  • Make cheques payable to The Co-operative Bank plc, followed by your 16 digit credit card number.
  • Send the cheque with a completed paying in slip from the bottom of your statement to this address:
