Uniquely, we are still the only UK high street bank with a customer-led Ethical Policy.

Our Relationship Managers, who are based across the UK are committed to providing a personal service alongside a flexible approach. With smaller portfolios to manage, they are able to work closely with you, focusing on the specific needs of your organisation. What's more, as they are only a phone call away, you can receive expert guidance whenever you need it along with regular face to face review meetings and visits.

The Hive Image

The Hive is a new, business support programme to help the development and growth of the UK co-operative and social enterprise sector. Demonstrating its Ethical Policy commitment to support co-operatives, the Bank has committed £1.05million to this three year programme in partnership with Co-operatives UK, the UK trade association.
