What services do you offer over the phone?

We offer various services through telephone banking.

You can:

  • Obtain balance information
  • Query balance and transactions
  • Order a statement
  • Order stationery
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Order a replacement card or PIN
  • Make payments
  • Set up or cancel standing orders
  • Cancel a Direct Debit
  • Stop cheques and remove cheque stops
  • Make international payments under £20,000

When you contact us, you will need your sort code and your account number. We will take you through our standard security process before we can discuss anything relating to your account(s).

Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon.
