I'm having issues with my token, who do I call?

If you're having issues with your physical security token, please call our Business Online Banking team. Please have your token to hand when you call. You'll be taken through our standard security process.

If you are having a problem with scanning the QR code as part of registration, you can alternatively register your device manually. To do this, select the option 'Enter invite manually' and follow the instructions on the screen.

For security, there is a minimum device requirement to install the app. These are iOS 10 / Android version 5. If your device doesn’t meet this, then you won't be able to download the app currently. If you’re still having issues, please call our Business Online Banking team.
