Your feedback is important

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your feedback, and share more about the plans you've shaped over the course of this year.  We've looked at the way you use our website, what you like and what you don't like. We've been testing our website so that you, our customers, have had the opportunity to directly influence these developments.

What's new

Great News! We’ve partnered with Xero to allow you to automatically import your business account bank statements to their accounting software, making life that little bit easier.

To provide Xero with access, you need to request this via your Xero account. You can do this by following these steps:

  • If you haven’t already, add your bank account in Xero. Select 'The Co-operative Bank (UK)' as the bank name.
  • Find your Co-operative Bank account on your Xero dashboard.
  • Click ‘Get Bank Feeds’.

What's in progress

Online banking

We are aiming to make our online banking channel as seamless as possible and that’s why we are continuously taking on board your feedback and working hard to make improvements.

Over the coming months, we are looking to upgrade our online banking platform which allows us to introduce new features such as a software based security token approach that can be downloaded on a smart phone or tablet device.

Your feedback is valuable so please let us know what is important to you and what features you would like to see online.

Mobile app

Later this year, we are launching our mobile app so you can manage your business accounts on the go. You’ll be able to view real time balances and transactions for your current and savings accounts and pay both saved and new payees.

You can use the app if you are already set up on online banking, have a business current account and no more than 12 accounts in total and you don’t have anyone set up as an approver of changes like approval of payments.

A new direction

We want to do what’s right for you, and make your banking experience better. We’re putting together our plan of activity for the future and will share it with you once it’s ready.
