Branch Updates

Important information about branch closures

The way our customers are choosing to bank with us is changing and the number of customers using our Online Banking services continues to grow. In response to this we will be closing 27 of our branches.

We are signatories of the Access to Banking Standard as we believe it is the right thing to do for our customers and fits with our values and ethics. As part of the Access to Banking Standard, we publish an Impact Assessment for each branch closure, which sets out the steps we are taking to minimise the impact of our decision on customers.
