Can I withdraw cash?
You can now withdraw a minimum of £5 and a maximum of £250 from any Britannia branch or ATM. Just bring your debit card and know your PIN number.
Can I pay in cash?
You can pay in cash at any one of 245 branches of Britannia. Just make sure you bring your debit card with you.
Can I pay in cheques?
You can now pay in cheques at any branch of Britannia, as long as they are presented with a pre-printed paying-in slip.
Can I transfer money?
You can now transfer money at any one of 245 branches of Britannia. All you need are your debit card and your 4-digit secure personal information code.
Can I change my address?
You are now able to change your address at any branch of Britannia.
Can I access my Co-operative savings in a Britannia branch?
Not at this current time but we are planning to enable you to do this in the future.
Can I check my balance?
If you'd like to know your balance, you can now go into any branch of Britannia and ask at the counter. Just bring your debit card and know your PIN number.
