Service update – future dated payments
Due to the introduction of our new Business Online Banking service we need to make some changes to the services we currently offer through the existing system, Business Internet Banking:
- The facility to schedule payments in advance of the actual payment date has been reduced to five days.
- This is a temporary change - normal service (availability of payment schedules up to 365 days in advance of actual payment date) will be restored as we move customers on to Business Online Banking.
- Any future dated payments previously set up will be paid as normal on the specified date.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these temporary changes - we will keep you informed of any updates.

Get set for Business Online Banking - are your details correct?
We’re in the process of carrying out a phased launch of our new online banking service – Business Online Banking – which will replace the current Business Internet Banking system.
We will contact all our customers to let them know when the new service is available. As you may be aware the new service requires a security token to login and complete some transactions (for example: adding new beneficiaries).
We will issue a security token to all our customers two to three weeks before their ‘go-live’ date.
To ensure you receive your security token and supporting information you need to let us know if your contact details have changed recently.
Please write to us at the address below, with your new details including your sort-code and account number. Correspondence must be signed in accordance with your account mandate.
