Business Online Banking

We’re in the process of carrying out a phased launch of our new online banking service – Business Online Banking – which will replace the current Business Internet Banking system (BIBS).

Don’t worry if you haven’t received a security token yet. All our business customers will receive them over the next couple of months.

Please make sure you read the information and service alerts for your current service ie with or without a security token.

Important information for existing internet banking customers

If you have received notification of your Business Online Banking launch date, please be aware that your access to the existing system will close at 10pm on the Friday before your launch date.

Failure to follow the instructions in the pack you have received with your security token may result in you being unable to access your online bank account(s).

Login with a security token

If you have received a security token you can login here. But first please ensure:

  • You have activated your security token – call 0845 601 9938 for more information
  • You have received notification of when the new service is available for you to use.

More information for users who currently login without a security token
During busy periods, you may have difficulty accessing this service. We apologise for this, however, if you experience any difficulties the following information may be useful to you:

  • To obtain an account balance
  • To obtain details of recent transactions
  • To transfer funds*
  • To order an up-to-date statement

  • To make up to 10 payments from your account

  • To make things easier, try avoiding busy times such as bank holidays and the end of the month.
  • If you receive an error message with "Corba" in it, your session has unfortunately timed out. Simply log out and try logging back in later.
  • If you have not used the service within 30 days, you will have to create a new password.
