Andrew has been employed by the Bank for 22 years and possesses a wealth of experience in corporate, structured property, PFI and project financing. Andrew currently heads up a team of 7 involved in both origination and relationship of a complex PFI and Project Finance lending portfolio.

Neil McLoughlin - Manager
Neil has been with the Bank for 9 years, working in Structured Finance since 2003. Neil has spent the last 4 years working on Corporate and Leveraged Syndications. Neil works closely with Andrew on business development with a primary focus on attracting new customers, structuring deals and achieving financial close.

Graham Miller - Manager
Graham joined the Co-operative Bank in 2000 following 15 years with Nat West Bank, Corporate Division and is experienced in corporate, structured property, PFI and project financing. Graham’s primary responsibility is for the ongoing relationship of a complex lending portfolio which includes health, education, transport and social housing projects.

Malcolm McDowell - Manager
Malcolm Joined the Bank in 1984 and has worked in a variety of functions before joining the PFI & Project Finance Team. Malcolm’s primary focus is on the management of a number of key relationships which includes education, health, transport and social housing projects.

Grant Lewis - Senior Corporate Advisor
Grant Joined the Bank in 1997 and has worked in a number of locations and functions before joining the PFI & Project Finance Team in 2006. Grant works closely with both Graham and Malcolm in the management of their portfolios which include a number of key relationships within education, health, transport and social housing projects.

Donna Pirie - Corporate Advisor
Donna is a recent recruit to the PFI and Project Finance team having completed a law degree in 2007. Donna works alongside Andrew and Neil in Business Development, and also works on schemes undertaken by existing customers.
