Important information
To be eligible for a Platinum Fixed Rate credit card with The Co-operative Bank you must:
- be aged 25 or over
- be a UK resident
- earn at least £25,000
- already hold a credit card
This form should only take you about 10 minutes to complete.
During this application process we will be asking you for the following information:
- your home address(es) from the last three years
- your bank account details (sort code and account number)
- your employer's name and address and
- details of any Co-operative Bank accounts you may hold.
