What we won't do

We want to make sure that you feel confident using our automated voice messaging service, here are things that we won't ask you to do when using this service:

  • Tell us your account numbers or card details.
  • Confirm your telephone / Internet banking security code or secure personal information.
  • Confirm or enter your card PIN.
  • Call a telephone number that isn’t the dedicated CLI number, 0845 401 9126 (Caller Line Identification).
