Secured loans are provided through Wilmslow Financial Services Plc who outsource the processing of these credit facilities to Moneio Limited trading as Freedom Finance. Credit facilities are subject to status and not available to anyone under 18 years of age. A secured loan applicant must be a permanent UK resident (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), a homeowner and receive a regular income. Interest rates on loans are variable for the term of the loan. Terms and conditions apply subject to eligibility and suitability. Moneio Limited reserves the right to decline any application or offer of a secured loan at a rate that differs from those advertised.
Moneio Limited are a Licensed Credit Broker in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act and a Licensed National Credit Broker for Authorised Banks. Secured loans are secured on property. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other loans secured on it. Loans subject to status and ability to repay. Written quotations available on request.

General
The application form for a secured loan is owned by and operated by Moneio Limited and any access to application form is governed by these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to use the application form and therefore should cease using it immediately. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on the form relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
Intellectual Property
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the material on the application form belong to Moneio Limited or its licensors. Individuals who access and/or use the form will not obtain intellectual or other proprietary rights in the Content. You may print or download to a local hard disk Content from the application form for your personal use only. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, sell or publish any of the Content from the application form without prior written permission.
Liability
Moneio Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all the information on the application form. However, you should always check any information on the form before making any decisions based on that information. Except in the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligent acts or omissions, we shall not be liable in any way for any damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in respect of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the application form. In no event will Moneio Limited be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages in contract or tort (including negligence), including loss of profit, loss or damage to property or relating to claims made by third parties.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
