- be aged between 23 - 69 and
- be a UK resident
- have a minimum gross annual income of £10,000
This form should only take you about 10 minutes to complete.
During this application process we will be asking you for the following information:
- your home address(es) from the last three years
- your bank account details (sort code and account number)
- your employer's name and address and
- details of any accounts held with The Co-operative Bank
